John J. Sherman
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT
John has enjoyed a 23-year career in the propane industry, having joined
Ferrellgas in 1984. In 1991, John cofounded LPG Services group, a company
that quickly became one of the nation's largest wholesale propane marketers.
He served as President of LPG Services Group until 1996 when the company
was acquired by Dynegy. John then served as Vice President with Dynegy
until founding Inergy Partners.

Phillip L. Elbert
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND PRESIDENT OF INERGY PROPANE
Phil is a 26-year propane industry veteran who joined Inergy in connection
with the company's 2001 acquisition of the Hoosier Propane Group. Phil
had been managing Hoosier's overall operations since 1992. Prior to that,
Phil was with both Ferrellgas and Buckeye Gas Products. Phil now manages
all of Inergy's regional operations.

Warren H. Gfeller
Currently a private investor, Warren served as President and Chief Executive
Officer of Ferrellgas, one of the nation's largest propane marketing
and distribution firms, from 1985 to 1991. Warren began his career with
Ferrellgas in 1983 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Warren also serves as a Director of Zapata Corporation.

Arthur B. Krause
A respected telecommunications executive, Art retired from Sprint Corporation
as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2002 following
a distinguished 31-year career at the company. During his tenure with
Sprint he served in various operational management positions, including
President of United Telephone-Eastern Group. As CFO, Art was responsible
for the financial operations, strategic sourcing and real estate for
Sprint and all of its corporate subsidiaries. Art also serves as a director
of Westar.

Robert A. Pascal
Bob joined Inergy's Board of Directors upon the company's acquisition of
United Propane, Inc. in July of 2003. As the former Owner and Chief Executive
Officer of United Propane, he brings more than 40 years of industry experience
to Inergy's board of directors. In addition to his work in the propane
industry, he has also served the state of Maryland in various positions,
including State Senator. Bob currently manages several entrepreneurial
endeavors in banking, real estate and the hospitality industry.

Robert D. Taylor
Bob joined Inergy’s board of directors in May 2005. Bob, a CPA, serves
as president and chief executive officer of Executive AirShare Corporation.
From 1998 until 2001, he was president of Executive Aircraft Corporation.
Bob serves as a director of Blue Valley BanCorp and Elecsys Corporation.
He is also a trustee of the University of Kansas Endowment Fund and a member
of the Advisory Board for the University of Kansas School of Business. |
