John J. Sherman
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT
Founder of Inergy, L.P., John began his 23-year career in the propane industry
with Ferrellgas in 1984. From 1991 until 1996, John served as President
of LPG Services Group, a company he cofounded and guided to become one
of the nation's largest wholesale propane marketers. LPG Services Group
was later acquired by Dynegy. John served as Vice President with Dynegy
until founding Inergy.

Phillip L. Elbert
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND PRESIDENT OF INERGY PROPANE
With more than 25 years of experience in the propane industry, Phil joined
Inergy in connection with the company's acquisition of the Hoosier Propane
Group in January 2001. Phil had managed Hoosier's operations including
its retail, wholesale and transportation divisions since 1992. Prior to
that, Phil was with both Ferrellgas and Buckeye Gas Products.

R. Brooks Sherman, Jr.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
With extensive experience in both public accounting and private business,
Brooks (no relation to John Sherman) joined Inergy in December 2000. From
1996 until 1999, Brooks worked with National Propane Partners, a publicly
traded master limited partnership, first as its Controller and Chief Accounting
Officer and subsequently as its Chief Financial Officer.

Andrew L. Atterbury
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Andy joined Inergy in June 2002 from Kinder Morgan, Inc. where he worked
in the company's Corporate Development Group. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan,
Andy worked at Lehman Brothers in its Real Estate Principal Transactions
Group. He received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and
his MBA from Columbia University.

Carl A. Hughes
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Carl, who has been with Inergy since 1998, previously served as a regional
manager for Dynegy, responsible for propane activities in 17 states in
the Midwest and Northeast. Prior to Dynegy, Carl -- who began
his propane industry career with Ferrellgas in 1985 -- served
as Regional Marketing Manager for LPG Services Group.

William R. Moler
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - NATURAL GAS MIDSTREAM OPERATIONS
Bill, who manages the Stagecoach Natural Gas Storage Facility,
joined Inergy in 2004 as Director of Midstream Operations. He was named
Vice President of Midstream Operations in 2005 when Inergy acquired Stagecoach.
Prior to joining Inergy, Bill held senior level positions with Westport
Resources Corporation and KinderMorgan. Bill received a B.S. in Mechanical
Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Laura L. Ozenberger
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL
Laura joined Inergy in February of 2003 with an extensive business and
legal background after 13 years at Sprint Corporation. From 1993 to 1996
Laura worked in Sprint's finance department, and from 1996 to 2003 she
worked in Sprint's legal department where she served in several roles.
At Inergy, Laura is responsible for all aspects of the company's legal
representation.
