Propane Operations

In addition to serving 700,000 retail customers across the eastern half of the United States, Inergy's Propane Operations team provides wholesale propane supply, price risk management and distribution services to customers throughout the United States and Canada.

		Phillip L. Elbert CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND PRESIDENT OF INERGY PROPANE With more than 25 years of experience in the propane industry, Phil joined Inergy in connection with the company's acquisition of the Hoosier Propane Group in January 2001. Phil had managed Hoosier's operations including its retail, wholesale and transportation divisions since 1992. Prior to that, Phil was with both Ferrellgas and Buckeye Gas Products.

Corporate Retail Leadership

		Jay Cates \| jcates@inergyservices.com VICE PRESIDENT - RETAIL OPERATIONS, SOUTH A graduate of North Carolina State University, Jay has extensive financial management experience. A CPA, Jay began his career with Price Waterhouse. He originally worked with McCracken Propane as Controller from 1990 until 1996. Jay rejoined the company as President of McCracken in 2000.

		Tom Haiar \| thaiar@inergyservices.com VICE PRESIDENT/RETAIL OPERATIONS/MIDWEST Tom joined Inergy in late 2001 with the acquisition of Independent Propane Company (IPC), where he had been named President in 2004. In 2005 Tom was named President of the Mississippi/Alabama Division following Inergy’s acquisition of Dowdle Gas. Earlier in his career Tom held management positions with 3M Company, Toshiba and Thermogas Propane.

		Ted Jeffcoat \| tjeffcoat@inergyservices.com VICE PRESIDENT - RETAIL OPERATIONS, EAST With more than 20 years experience in the propane industry, Ted spent nine years with Star Gas Partners where he became Vice President of Operations for the East. Ted joined Inergy in 2004 through the Star Gas Propane acquisition. He received his BS from Worcester State College and his MBA from Anna Maria College.

		Tom Wright \| tom.wright@inergyservices.com DIRECTOR - FLEET OPERATIONS, PURCHASING AND ASSETS Tom joined Inergy in 2004 with the company's acquisition of Star Gas Propane. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Tom has over 25 years of management experience including seven years as a branch manager and 19 years as Regional Manager and Fleet Director for Star Gas/Blue Flame LP Gas.

Transportation

		Joe H. Donnell \| jdonnell@lltransportation.com PRESIDENT/L & L TRANSPORTATION Joe joined L & L Transportation in 1998 as General Manager and was named President in 2001 when L & L was acquired by Inergy. Prior to that time he worked for various manufacturing and public accounting firms in financial and operational roles. Joe is a CPA and a graduate of DePauw University.

Supply and Wholesale Marketing

		William C. Gautreaux \| billg@inergyservices.com VICE PRESIDENT - SUPPLY AND WHOLESALE MARKETING A 21-year veteran of the propane industry, Bill started his career with Ferrellgas in 1985. Bill later co-founded and managed Supply and Risk Management for LPG Services, which was eventually acquired by Dynegy. In 1998, Bill joined Inergy at its inception launching the Supply and Risk Management group, which he continues to manage along with the Wholesale Marketing team.

Inergy Services – West Coast

		Richard C. Kreul VICE PRESIDENT - INERGY SERVICES Rick joined Inergy in 2003 to manage the company's West Coast midstream operation. He has more than 27 years of diverse experience in the energy industry in the areas of planning, operations, engineering, mergers and acquisitions, and executive management. During his career Rick, who is a registered professional engineer, has worked for Mobil, Sunoco and Aquila Energy.
